How do I book a shoot with you?

You can book directly at https://moslens.hd.pics/book. If you run into any issues, call me at 256-951-6249 and I’ll help you sort it out quickly!

How far in advance should I schedule?

Earlier is better to secure your preferred time, but I can usually accommodate short notice requests.

What do I need to do to prepare the house?

How long does a shoot take?

Depending on the property size and what needs to be done, most shoots take between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours.

Do you shoot empty houses, furnished homes, or both?

I photograph both empty and furnished homes. No matter the condition, I can adapt to make it look its best!

What do I get after the shoot?

You receive high-quality, edited images/videos/floor plans ready for MLS listings, print, social media, marketing, etc.

How long until I get my media?

Normally, you'll receive your photos the next morning.

Can you do drone videos/photos?

Yes, I offer aerial videos/photos as needed.

What if I need something reshot or adjusted?

I’m happy to fix or reshoot anything necessary to ensure you’re satisfied with the final product!

Who owns the photos and can I use them anywhere? 

You can use the photos for listings, marketing, and social media. Ownership and licensing details can be clarified if needed. 

Do you travel outside Huntsville?

Yes, I often times travel outside the area. A small travel fee applies for locations more than 35 miles outside my usual radius.
