How do I book a shoot?

• Go to moslens.hd.pics/book, choose your package, enter the property address, and select a date and time. 

How far in advance should I schedule? 

• As early as possible to secure your preferred time. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability and project size. 

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking? 

• We understand things come up and will work with you on changes when needed. 

How much do your services cost? 

• Pricing ranges from about $10 to $465+ depending on the service or package selected. 

Do you require payment upfront? 

• Payment can be made upfront, upon delivery, or at closing through Titus. 

Are there travel fees? 

• Travel is free within 25 miles of south HSV. Beyond that, a $0.50 per mile fee applies. You can preview exact travel costs during booking. 

Do you offer packages? 

• Yes. We offer bundled options like photo + drone and photo + video, with custom packages available depending on project needs.

How fast is delivery? 

• Most projects are delivered by mid-day the next day (photos, videos, floor plans, and other deliverables included). 

How are files delivered? 

• Everything is delivered through a private online gallery. You’ll receive an email when your media is ready for download. 

Do I need to be present during the shoot? 

• Nope! As long as we have access to the property, we can complete the shoot. 

How should I prepare the property? 

• See our photo prep guide. Proper staging and decluttering significantly improve photo quality and overall presentation. 

What happens if the weather is bad? 

• We can still shoot in many conditions, using realistic sky replacements when needed. If conditions are not suitable, we’ll reschedule. 

How long does a shoot take? 

• Most shoots take about 1 hour, ranging from 30 minutes to 2+ hours depending on property size and package. 

Do you offer drone media? 

• Drone photography and video are available and include property lines to help buyers understand the full lot. 

Do you provide floor plans? 

• We offer 2D floor plans with dimensions and SQFT, plus interactive floor plan tours in select packages. 

Do you offer twilight or dusk images? 

• Virtual twilight images are included in every package, with additional images available for $15 each. 

What usage rights do I get? 

• You receive full usage rights for MLS and marketing purposes. Media can be downloaded in MLS-optimized formats. 

Do you shoot different property types? 

• We work with homes, condos, apartments, luxury listings, investment properties, and more. 

What if I’m not satisfied with the results? 

• We’ll work to make it right through edits, reshoots, or refunds depending on the situation. 

Do you offer photo retouching? 

• Major object or clutter removal is available for $10 per image. 

Are you insured and FAA licensed? 

• We carry business insurance and are FAA certified for drone operations.
